Travel Alerts

The twitter user come across the twitter travel alerts in different ways:
- the user may be looking for travel information in which case they might go directly or follow a web link to the a Traveline resource for it such as http://twitter.com/traveline/traveller
- they may follow a local resource such as Traveline SW travel updates so they will see updates if they happen to be looking at their twitter account when they come through.
- if they do not follow Traveline on twitter they may search for tags that Traveline might use such as #bus or #UKsnow in which the Traveline tweets will appear.
