Who prepares the data?

Local authorities and transport operators generate timetable data in electronic formats. The data they prepare is brought together into regional databases by 11 Traveline regional organisations. This data is then used by Traveline, Transport Direct and the associated services. This is a link to a list of the outstanding achievements of Traveline

Coordinating Traveline across the UK

The Traveline Project Director coordinates the project nationally, setting and monitoring standards for the delivery of information by telephone and the Traveline websites.

Peter Stoner is the Regional Coordinator working with the Traveline regional managers to improve Traveline data completion, management and standards.
